Our Lift-Off Removable Door Hinges offer a robust solution for your 1966-77 Bronco, ensuring smooth operation and durability. Crafted from heavy-duty cast steel, these hinges feature reinforced 1/2″ pins, significantly larger than the stock 1/4″ pins, providing added strength. The replaceable, permanently lubricated bronze oilite bushings guarantee efficient movement. Designed with practicality in mind, the pin orientation prevents snagging while the door is detached. Not only do these hinges excel in functionality, but they also complement our Trail Doors, creating a versatile setup suitable for all seasons. This set includes four black powder-coated hinges, complete with new bolts and washers for your convenience.

Settin the doors on a eb ain’t easy regardless of hinge used while doing the adjustments the 1/2 pin started to come out slip through the top. I would weld top so this don’t happen the steel is painted but. It sure is pitted old stock or some old shackles leafs cut and fabed Not what I expected for. 200.00 plus bucks And of course all on drivers side the pass sides fine. Which was ok before. Anyway I’ll make it work I’ll get the hing fixed if it gives me prob s. Iam doing this myself also so nothing easy anyway. Easyer then that d20 transfer case.

Very beefy and well made. Still working on getting the doors lined up with the body of my bronco. It would be nice to have a more in-depth tips and tricks video on installation of them but it’s probably hard to do cause every bronco is a little different.

Hinges are a big improvement over the “skinny” pins. They do stick out a bit farther than stock or other removable sets but are definitely built to last and doors close with no effort now.

Just finished installing a set of these! Dont have the trail doors yet but needed new hinges anyway. Took a little to get the installed and lined up but not really any harder than a factory set of hinges. These work so much better than the factory ones, smoother and even though they separate they feel more solid! Can’t wait to get a set of doors to go with them!

Hinges are nice and not overly difficult to install. Much better quality than the first set from Toms.I probably got lucky. The 1/2 rod trick for alignment as shown on you tube didnt work. Bushings were just a bit too small. I had to remove a few thou on my lathe to fit.
