Good quality, nice finish. But I’ll be throwing away the grade 5 hardware and going with grade 8. Why offer HD lower spring buckets but send light duty hardware? The grade 5 would probably never fail but why take the chance. James duff has great products and great customer service, I always check their website when I’m looking for good quality aftermarket parts for my bronco. Thanks.

well built heavy duty, the mounting holes are centered and not offset as on the original coil retainers and they are a tad bit bigger doesn’t fit stock coils that great but I think I’ll try to use them. I needed new retainers and they were cheaper than stock type.

James Duff is the Super Mule is Bronco torque! I am currently configuring dual triangulated 4-link on my Bronco and I use James Duff coil spring mounts and retainers on the front and rear. I am doing away with the dreaded axle swing when the trac-bar reaches nearly perpendicular with the ground and the front axle swings to the side of the vehicle.

These are super beefy coil cups! My old coil cups were all pitted out from rust, so upgraded to these. I was actually shocked at how strong they were. And, they definitely hold my spring in place better than the stock cups.
They are so tight I had to really work my spring into place, and I had to remove my stock bump stop on the driver side. But i feel like it was well worth it.

These things are tough.. they’re a one piece design rather than the factory two piece design. You’ll never have to worry about your spring slipping out of place. The steel is pretty thick and coated so you won’t have to worry about rust or corrosion. There are also drain holes so water can’t get stuck in them. I’m glad I bought these. Pretty good price also.

Excellent product. I had installed the front anti-sway bar kit and did not like how the stock cups on my ’69 Bronco did not sit flat on the sway bar brackets. I installed these because they are nice and flat which allowed me to get the proper torque on the hold down bolts. An added bonus is how much easier the springs are to install with these over the stock two piece cups. All I had to do was mount the cups without the springs, then just twist the springs in. They even added drain holes and marked them for driver and passenger side, small details that make a superior product. Highly recommend.
