Developed originally for the ’78-’79 Big Bronco, this upgraded long arm kit now caters specifically to ’80-’96 Ford Broncos. It empowers vehicle owners to undertake solid axle swaps effortlessly. Crafted from durable 2″ diameter heavy-wall DOM tubing with a thickness of 5/16”, these radius arms offer unparalleled strength and safety. Each arm features a cast steel head unit, securely mounting to the C-wedges on your axle with either original or newly purchased C-caps.

These radius arms extend 10 3/4″ beyond stock, significantly enhancing suspension travel and articulation. The extended design not only improves off-road capability but also boosts on-road handling and control. Built with precision, these arms utilize high-quality components that ensure a tight fit to the frame, and incorporate a 1″ bore Teflon lined rod end, improving ground clearance and break-over angles.

With this kit, you’ll receive everything essential for installation, including arms, head units, frame mounts, bushings, and all necessary hardware. A minimum of a 6″ suspension lift is required for compatibility with Full-Size Broncos. Designed to accommodate variations in vehicle specifications, C-bushings are sold separately.

The kit comes complete with specially engineered frame brackets and riser brackets for brake line compatibility. Whether pairing with Dana 44 or Dana 60 axles, this product ensures top-notch performance and reliability.
