Its compact size mirrors the factory 3-speed or 4-speed transmission, allowing for minimal driveline modifications when retaining the Dana 20 Transfer case. A 1-inch body lift is recommended to ensure optimal transmission alignment and facilitate easier installation. For configurations requiring a J Pattern Dana 20, a Twin Stick shifter is necessary.
