66-77 Bronco 1.5″ Ultimate Lubr Suspension System

Take your suspension to the next level by adding T-Rex radius arms. They include built-in offset for additional tire clearance & are a direct bolt into your existing frame brackets. They use stock-style polyurethane bushings, no welding of new brackets is necessary. 100% bolt-on! The arms come with 4.25° of added caster built-in. They utilize a single shock mount located on top of the arm for the tightest turning radius. This is the #1 upgrade for your Bronco's front end!

Not sure which shock package is right for you? Any tires under 33's we recommend the classic 70/30's as they ride the best for those size tires. If you like to drive your Bronco hard or have a heavy 33 or bigger tire or you want to run hard in the curves and have a shock package that is firmer but more responsive at speed then we suggest the MS2020's.

There are now 2 different options for travel standard travel will allow you to use the factory front shock mounts, extended travel will require that you remove your factory front shock tower and replace it with the jdi front tower this will convert the front shock to an eye to eye shock with more suspension travel and articulation.

Choose standard U bolts for pleasure driving and car shows. Our heavy Duty U bolts are offered for Broncos with performance in mind on and off road.

For this lift system it's important to choose the correct c-bushings for your Bronco and how it's equipped. Broncos with 32" tires and smaller us the chart below. For Broncos with 33" or larger tires we recommend 7° C-Bushings with factory and T-Rex Arms.

What steering linkage is on your Bronco? If you are not 100% sure it's the right fit or suspect it is time to upgrade it, you will want to check out our Dual Sport 2.0 Heim Steering System. You are already going to need an alignment when installing a suspension lift so instead of doing that twice, we recommend you add and install the best steering setup for your Early Bronco now.

You will need to select the proper knuckle mounting hardware for the steering linkage that comes with this system. If you are not sure which one you need or not sure if your Bronco's knuckles are stock or have been modified then you will need to verify that before choosing.

If you are looking for the strongest or off-road options for your setup then you will want to choose the 3/4" bolt or the F150/GM 1-ton mounting kit options. Both of these options may require drilling/reaming and we provide those tools as an add-on once you make your selection.

By choosing the 3/4" through bolts you are going to want to consider purchasing our knuckle drill kit. This high quality bit will ease the pain of drilling the knuckles.

This 1.5" lift requires the use of an OE-style pitman arm and you will need to remove any aftermarket drop track bar bracket on your Bronco as well. If you do not have an OE Pitman Arm you may purchase one here.

We highly recommend you consider adding this to your purchase now. This anti-rear axle spring wrap device prevents damage and failure to your rear driveshaft and leaf springs. This is a must for anyone who has a heavy foot, running 300+ horsepower, has a manual transmission and/or likes to go on and off road with their Bronco. Customers have stated the Torque Tamer has also made their Broncos more stable off road and smoothed out their take offs and shifts.

Important: when installing the Torque tamer to have your driveshaft angles dialed in with less than 2 degrees of difference in pinion to driveshaft angle. This typically will require pinion shims and they are offered in Body lift & Accessories for this kit. You can also weld on HD leaf spring perches offered here.

Note: If you are not running one of our exhaust systems this product may require you to modify the exhaust system you are currently running. We highly recommend you use one of our exhaust systems as they work with all of our parts. More info here

You will be presented with 2 options below - 1) Our Heavy Duty Torque Tamer for OEM frame 2) Our DIY HD Torque Tamer for Aftermarket Frames and non OE transmissions and/or transfercase configurations.

Do you want to install the Torque Tamer w/o having to weld to your rear axle? If yes, this is a perfect solution for you.

The bracket comes silver zinc plated for good looks & corrosion resistance plus all hardware and drill bit to install. If you have 400 horsepower at the crank, 35-inch or larger tires, or do aggressive off-roading, we recommend you install the torque tamer with the traditional axle weld-on brackets that come with the kit.

Important when installing the Torque tamer to have your driveshaft angles dialed in with less than 2 degrees of difference in pinion to driveshaft angle. If you are adding our front sway bar you will need Dual Sprot HD Lower Coil Spring Retainers to complete the installation. Alternatively, if you are not installing our front sway bar or are using a sway bar purchased somewhere else, you can opt for our Heavy Duty Lower Coil Spring Retainers without the integrated sway bar mounts.

If you do not want to add a sway bar now but also do not want to purchase parts you will need to change out later, you can still opt to purchase the Dual Sport HD Lower Coil Spring Retainers and purchase and install the front swaybar at a later time.

You can choose between our standard installation hardware or our quick disconnect pins. Choose one of the options below.

If you are purchasing the quick disconnect pins, you will need these additional brackets to park the sway bar up inside the front inner fender when it is disconnected from the lower coil retainers. Add them to your system by clicking the button below.

Note: This part does require drilling a hole in the front inner fender to install.

For this system, we do not recommend installing a rear sway bar. It will limit the travel and articulation of the rear suspension when used in off-road situations.

Note: You cannot install a rear sway bar and torque tamer with our 1.5" packages. If you want a torque tamer we suggest not using a rear sway bar.
