With over 20 years of industry-leading design, these progressive rate leaf springs are tailored specifically for the Early Bronco, offering an ideal blend of functionality and affordability. Each pair includes both black polyurethane spring eye bushings and sleeves, providing everything you need for installation without the added expense of purchasing components separately. Our springs are equipped with standard features such as:
– Teflon wear pads
– Tapered ends
– Built-in safety double wrap on the mainspring
– Catch stops to prevent over-articulation
These elements ensure durability and reliability during both on-road and off-road driving conditions.

Selecting the right duty level for your leaf springs is crucial.
Medium-Duty Springs:
Recommended for 1966-77 Broncos with minimal accessories. Ideal for stock half cabs or roadsters, and suitable for vehicles without extensive additional rear components.
Heavy-Duty Springs:
Perfect for well-equipped resto-mods designed for both on- and off-road performance. Recommended for vehicles that carry additional weight, such as larger fuel tanks or heavy bumpers. Heavy-duty springs maintain optimal ride height and are a great choice for towing.
To ensure a perfect fit and driveability, we provide options for lift blocks and pinion shims for driveshaft angle corrections. Our redesigned 1/2” lift blocks, available after March 2021, help achieve the ideal tire-to-fender clearance for uncut lifted Broncos.
Installation is straightforward; note that the double spring wrap should be oriented towards the front of the Bronco.
